As a courtesy to others, we are asking that you do not bring your pets with you to this season’s activities.

April 15th
All Day: DNR Free Fishing Day. This is the 1st of 4 days during the season that the DNR will allow adults to fish without a license.

April 22nd
5:00pm: Opening Weekend Party. It’s time to gather and see old friends and meet new ones as we officially kick off the camping season. Dinner will be provided by Lake Monroe Village.

May 20th
All Day: DNR Free Fishing Day. This is the 2nd day of the season where you are not required to have a fishing license.

June 3rd-4th
DNR Free Fishing Weekend. The final two days of the season where a fishing license is not required.

June 24th
6:00pm: LMV Block Party. The whole neighborhood is invited to join us for our first ever block party! We’ll provide the brats and hot dogs and all we ask is that you bring a side dish or dessert to share. Beer and wine will be provided. We’ll have areas set up for cornhole and card games.

July 4th Weekend:
Patriotic Campsite Decorating Contest and Fireworks. Show your patriotic spirit by decorating your campsite. Judging will be done on Sunday July 2nd with winners announced on Monday July 3rd. Bring your fireworks to the front field each evening or just come by and enjoy the show!

July 15th
10:00am: Kids Pool Olympics. We will conduct several swimming/pool related events for children up to age 16. We will divide the competitors into different divisions based on age and skill level. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

August 12th
8:00pm: Cornhole Tournament. We will hold a double elimination tournament.

September 3rd
5:00pm: Riley Fundraiser. Your $20 donation to Riley will get you a catered dinner and an opportunity to participate in our silent and live auctions. All proceeds from this event will be donated to Riley’s Hospital for Children. Last year’s event raised over $18,500!

October 28th
All Day: Fall Fun Weekend. Our most popular event and the last one of the season. Events include pumpkin carving, chili cook-off, costume contest, trick or treating and haunted hay ride.

Golf Cart Parade will be held each Saturday beginning at 9:16 from Memorial Weekend thru Labor Day Weekend. Management requires that an adult be present in each cart participating in the parade. The parade begins at site 9 and all participants are encouraged to bring candy to pass out to the children along the parade route. Please be sure that all candy is placed in small baggies for distribution.
